Feb 2013 Phase II of 160,000-tonne AA plant in Taixing City commence production
Jan 2013 Mr Sun Liping stepped down as Executive Chairman and CEO and continues to remain on Board as a non-executive Director. Mr Sun Xiao takes over the function of CEO.
May 2012 Mr Sun Xiao, Mr Sun Liping's only son, was appointed as Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") as part of succession plan.
Feb 2012 Phase I of 160,000-tonne AA plant in Taixing City commenced production.

May 2010 Incorporation of Taixing Jurong Chemical Co., Ltd in the PRC through wholly owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Jurong Chemical Co. Ltd.
Oct 2009

Incorporation of Yinyan Produtos Quimicos Ltda in Brazil through wholly owned subsidiaries, Jiangsu Jurong Chemicals Co., Ltd and Yixing Yinyan Import and Export Co., Ltd with 25% and 75% shareholding each.

May 2009 SunVic Chemical's wholly-owned subsidiary, Dynix Pte Ltd, awarded the membership of "Global Trader Programme" launched by IE Singapore. This status allows the company to enjoy a concessionary tax rate of 10 per cent on qualifying income.
May 2008 Completion of Second PMIDA facilities, the production capacity of PMIDA increased from 20,000 tonnes to 40,000 tonnes.
Sept 2007 Completion of second part of Production Phase Three which increased annual production capacity of AA to 205,000 tonnes.
Jul 2007 Completion of Phase 3 of AE production facility which increased annual production capacity to 250,000 tonnes.
Mar 2007 Completion of a 3000-tonne liquid-cargo jetty and a chemical storage facility which allow for transportation of raw materials and products by barges in large quantities at lower transportation costs.
Feb 2007 Jiangsu Jurong Chemical obtained ISO14000 certificate
5 Feb 2007 SunVic Chemical was listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The gross proceed from the issue of 147,000,000 new shares was SGD44.1 million.
Nov 2006 Jiangsu Jurong Chemical obtained ISO9000 certificate
May 2006 First part of Production Phase Three, which commenced construction in May 2005, completed in May 2006
